Production takes place on a dedicated peptide line at our pharmaceutical manufacturing partner. I personally supervise production, and the company’s engineers carry it out. My team and I also follow your order through to dispatch.
02Will I deal with Song personally?+
Yes. I own Song’s Notes and personally discuss pricing, requirements, and cooperation with you. My team supports order execution, and I remain your direct contact.
03What is included in the product price?+
Your quote shows the selling price for your products and quantities, including any small-order markup. Shipping and requested customization are listed separately. You receive the complete total before confirming.
04What is the minimum for wholesale pricing?+
Wholesale list prices apply from 100 boxes of the same SKU. Different SKUs cannot be combined to meet that threshold. Smaller orders are welcome at small-order prices; ask Song for the price list with the complete markup rules.
05Can we talk before I have a purchasing plan?+
Of course. We can talk about peptide products, production, pricing, or industry developments. Get to know me first, and we can discuss an order when the time is right.
