These percentages are procurement management fees charged to the customer—not discounts. The applicable percentage is used to calculate our fee on the entire verified product supply cost of each order. The calculation is not progressive.

We confirm the available product supply cost with the selected manufacturing or supply resource for the order. That cost is shown before our procurement management fee is added, so the two amounts remain clear.
03 What does the procurement management fee cover? +
It covers product and specification confirmation, resource and supplier coordination, quotation and order organization, packaging or customization coordination, payment and order follow-up, shipping communication, delivery updates, after-sales communication under the agreed terms, and long-term reordering support.
04 Can I start with a small order? +
Yes. Smaller trial and business orders are welcome. The applicable percentage is a procurement management fee charged on the entire verified product supply cost. It is a service charge, not a discount.
05 Who do I pay? +
Song’s Notes provides the order quotation, invoice, and payment instructions. Your cost breakdown clearly separates the verified manufacturer cost, our management fee, and any applicable packaging, shipping, or payment charges.
